Summary

The Piano Camp is a unique opportunity for piano students to study with professional pianists in a concentrated musical atmosphere.

Here are some quotes from past participants:

Writing On Board
The private lesson instructors were all truly thorough, knowledgeable, and insightful, and aided in my exposure to new ideas that all increased my piano playing capability. Above all, the camp was full of amusement and delight. Spending time socializing, learning new material, and all the well-planned activities were the highlights of the camp. - Kristen Carroll

I learned from Dr. Ruiz, especially, to not just play the piece, but to let your audience feel the mood for the "story" that is told in the music. It's the way you play the piece that tells the story. - Raya Castaneda

You really got different views on how to play it and they made suggestions on how to make a faster piece easier to play. - Rosemary Wang

All in all, it was a very neat experience for all of the campers. I hope to enjoy it just as much when I attend next summer! - Ashley Walling
